County social service plans, 1972-1978.

Individual county social service Title XX plans giving narrative and statistical summaries of programs planned and budget estimates. Plans include estimates of the number of clients the agency plans to serve during a given plan year along with the estimated cost. The estimates are listed by type of service (such as AFDC, SSI-MSA) and also by client income category (0-60% and 60-115% of the state median income, WIN, "without regard to income," and "other"). Plans were used to compile the Minnesota Comprehensive Annual Service Program plans.
